What happens to the filters once they are sent back?

Once we receive your used filters, we work with certified recycling partners to properly process and recycle the materials. This helps reduce waste and supports our commitment to sustainability.

Is there a limit to how many free filters I can receive?

There is no limit to the number of free filter sets you can receive. For every 8 used filters returned, you will receive one free set as part of our commitment to promoting sustainable practices.

Can I use another shipping carrier besides USPS?

Yes, you can use any shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using USPS standard rate shipping as it is typically the most cost-effective option.

Do I need to clean the filters before sending them back?

No, there is no need to clean the filters before sending them back. Simply collect your 8 used filters and include them in your shipment with the completed recycling form.

How long does it take to receive my free set of filters?

Please allow for 2-4 weeks for processing. We will notify you via email when your replacement filters are on their way.

Can I include other items in my shipment?

Please do not include any items other than the 8 used Weddell Duo filters and the completed recycling form in your shipment. Including additional items may delay processing and could result in the package being returned to you.

Is the recycling program available internationally?

At this time, our recycling program is only available to customers within the USA. We hope to expand the program internationally in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
