There is no limit to the number of free filter sets you can receive. For every 8 used filters returned, you will receive one free set as part of our commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
Yes, you can use any shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using USPS standard rate shipping as it is typically the most cost-effective option.
No, there is no need to clean the filters before sending them back. Simply collect your 8 used filters and include them in your shipment with the completed recycling form.
Please allow for 2-4 weeks for processing. We will notify you via email when your replacement filters are on their way.
Please do not include any items other than the 8 used Weddell Duo filters and the completed recycling form in your shipment. Including additional items may delay processing and could result in the package being returned to you.
At this time, our recycling program is only available to customers within the USA. We hope to expand the program internationally in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
