International shipments can occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections or carrier backlogs.
If your package seems delayed:
Check your tracking link for the latest update
Confirm your shipping address
Contact your local postal carrier if the package is in the final stage of delivery
If tracking has not been updated for 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check around your property and with neighbors or your local carrier. If you’re still unable to locate it after 48 hours, let us know and we’ll work with the carrier to review next steps.
