Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?Updated 2 months ago
All orders are fulfilled the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Because we work quickly to process your order, any changes — including cancellation requests, address updates, or item modifications — must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase.
If your order is still within this window and has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it yourself by logging into your account, navigating to your Order History, and selecting Cancel.
If you’re unable to cancel it yourself or need to make another change, please contact us right away with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We’ll confirm whether your order is still within the change window.
Once the 4-hour window has passed or your order is in fulfillment, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. In that case, you can follow our return process once the item arrives.
